Designing Castletown

Following the strategic documents Welcome to Castletown is a series of activities linked to public space use.

The first public one is an interactive installation in the Castletown Town Hall that started on the 18th of June and will last for the upcoming 4 weeks.

The colouring sheets became very popular, I met children in the square holding some and talking about them. What a way to make the young generation interested in the public space around them. Have a look at some designs in our Gallery.

The engagement was really amazing, and we plan to use the finalized results as a base for future decisions. There has been an online survey running in the same time to bring more answers.

I was thrilled to see the interest of people and the amount of post-its that appeared every week. There are already some visibly repeating topics.
