Lunapark? That’s GRAPE!
With two of my friends we designed a meeting point at the summer festival GRAPE as a proposal for a student competition and weekend workshop.
In our design we wanted to create a place where people not only meet but can have fun while waiting for their friends. One of the rules was to work with the text GRAPE. We put every letter to motion using swings, wind or bicycles.
The part of the final presentation was short animation and DIY manual explaining technical details and motion of each letter.
Important was use of affordable materials and repeating module with different functions and programs. Our design was picked and awarded a special price and as a team we had the chance to build couple of awarded projects on the site of the Slovak summer festival GRAPE 2014.
